VALENTINE'S WALL DECOR

Easy and simple wall decor using color paper sheets. First take paper sheets with different colors or you can use only red color. Cut the papers into various sizes of heart shapes. Using glue or tape, stick the heart shape papers on the wall in an order. Here are the few examples, which i made and decorated our walls. This is a fun and great craft for kids too. My kid enjoyed while doing this craft.

Make a heart size image with paper hearts of different colors and shapes.
In the center keep one or few big size paper hearts.
Or also can keep a photo frame or any text/letters in the center of heart image.

Take a paper plate and stick paper hearts on to the back side of the plate.
First glue big size of paper hearts at the edge of plate in round shape.
Then glue another two lines of hearts (lesser sizes) down to those big hearts in same shape.
 Now this looks exactly like a flower with 3 rows of petals.
Then glue a big heart in the center and stick few different sizes of small hearts on to it as shown in Image 2.

Just arrange hearts from big to small order using various colors as shown in Image 3.
And arrange them on the wall in any order.

This you can use as a wall decor or mouse pad or table mat.
Cut symmetrical heart shapes of various sizes and glue them in order as shown in Image 4.

Wall Decor

WALL DECOR - CANVAS ART

This is an unique and beautiful canvas wall art. Its a free hand drawing and i used mehandi type of designs in this art. This is one of my favorite creations of mine.

Items used are a single canvas of 14x11 inch and blank and red gel pens.

Now, how to draw this wall decor. First trace an elephant shape outline on to the canvas and draw a board outline. Then draw designs with the black gel pen inside of elephant.

I also created one more similar canvas art with right facing elephant. And decorated my wall with one on left and another on right side and added a flower art decor in center. Below is the image of the same.

Beaded Bracelets

BEADED BRACELETS

Also known as Elastic Beaded Bracelets or Stretch beaded bracelets.  These bracelets are very easy to make and also easy to wear. And they will last long if you use right choice of glue, cord and beads, which are meant for jewelry making and not for other crafts.

Material needed:

• Beads
• Glue
• Elastic cord
• Spacer beads
• Charms 
• Scissors

Tips for making: 

• Use surgeon knot to close the ends of cord.
• Stretch the cord before you start adding the beads to it.
• Add jewelry making quality glue on the knot and my choice is E6000. 
• Let the glue dry completely before trying the bracelet on your hands.
• Do not stretch the bracelet to wear. So select the width of bracelet as to roll it into the wrist.
• Use elastic cord which are meant for jewelry making and not for other crafts. I prefer Stretch magic elastic cord. 
• Select the thickness of elastic cord based on the size and weight of beads.
• Add some spacer beads and a charm in between beads to have more attractive and pretty bracelets.
